The four promises

What "omnichannel" actually has to deliver

Loose coordination between tools is not omnichannel. These four promises are the floor.

01

Inventory never lies

One live stock count feeds every channel. If a store sells it, the website cannot — no overselling, no disappointed pickup promises.

02

Orders unify by default

Web, app, POS, and marketplace orders land in the same queue with the same fulfilment rules. Staff stop switching windows to switch channels.

03

Customers follow you

A shopper who buys in-store and browses online is one profile, with history, returns, and loyalty in the same place.

04

Returns cross the boundary

Bought online, returned to the counter? The refund flows, the stock returns, and the loyalty points reconcile automatically.

Capability map

The layers that unify a retail business

Each layer works alone and plugs into the others — so you can go omnichannel in the order that hurts least.

Unified inventory & POS

Shared stock across web, app, and counters, with purchase and order rules that keep every channel honest in real time.

  • Live cross-channel stock
  • POS & web sharing units
  • Stock reservation rules

Web + mobile storefronts

The store customers see online and in-app comes from the same catalogue, prices, and promotions as the counter.

  • Consistent catalogue & pricing
  • Responsive & app-ready
  • Promotions everywhere

Marketplace & social sync

Sell where the shoppers are — marketplaces and social storefronts — with orders and inventory mirrored automatically.

  • Marketplace listing sync
  • Social storefront links
  • Automated order pulling

Click & collect / returns

Buy online, pick up in-store, return at the counter. Fulfilment hands off cleanly and stock updates ride along.

  • Store pickup reservations
  • Counter returns & refunds
  • Handoff reconciliation

Unified customer profiles

Purchase history, wishlists, and loyalty merge across channels so service teams see the whole customer, not a fragment.

  • Single profile per customer
  • Cross-channel history
  • Shared loyalty balance

Channel analytics

Revenue, cost, and stock-out by channel — so "where does the money come from" has a dashboard instead of an argument.

  • Per-channel P&L view
  • Stock-out reports
  • Cross-sell attribution
How it comes together

Unified in five connected layers

Start with stock, the layer that breaks first, then connect the rest as fast as your team can absorb them.

1

Unify stock

Backend

Every channel reads one inventory source, and sales adjust it instantly everywhere.

2

Sell on every channel

Storefronts

Web, app, store counter, marketplaces, and social — all fed from the same catalogue.

3

Fulfil from anywhere

Orders

Ship from warehouse or store, offer pickup, and let rules pick the cheapest ready path.

4

Unify the customer

Profiles

Every purchase and interaction merges into one history you can actually act on.

5

Measure by channel

Analytics

See what each channel earns and where stock runs out — then act before the number becomes a crisis.

Why it shows in the numbers

Silos cost you in ways reports rarely show

Out-of-stock frustration, pickup confusion, and duplicate effort are quiet leaks. A unified backend plugs them.

FAQs

Omnichannel questions, straight answers

POS requirements, click & collect, marketplace sync, and rollouts. Ask us anything directly.

Do we need an existing POS or ERP to go omnichannel?

No. We can set up unified stock and orders with your website, app, marketplaces, and our POS module. If you already use an ERP or POS, we connect it instead — your choice.

How does click-and-collect work in practice?

A shopper picks a store, the order reserves that location's stock, staff get a pickup notification, and your shared stock decrements the moment the order confirms. Returns at the counter flow back the same way.

What happens to stock when we sell on marketplaces?

Marketplace listings read the same stock pool you use elsewhere. A sale on any channel updates availability everywhere immediately — including pausing listings when stock hits zero.

Can stores have different pricing from the website?

Yes. Base prices are shared, but you can define per-channel and per-store overrides, with promotions scoped to exactly where you want them.

How hard is it to train staff on the unified system?

One interface, one login, and one job list for every channel. Most teams are productively working within a few days because it replaces four tools with one.

How do returns reconcile across channels?

A return adjusts the originating order, restocks the accepting location, updates the customer profile, and settles refunds — all in one action, fully audit-trailed.
