E-Commerce API Integration

One store, plugged into everything you sell through

We build the connectors between your e-commerce store and the systems around it — payments, shipping, ERPs, marketplaces, and CRMs — so orders, stock, and numbers move without a copy-paste anywhere.

What we connect

Every system your store touches, on the same page

Orders, stock, money, and messages should move themselves. We wire the pipes so your team can stop being the pipe.

Payment Gateway Integration

Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, Cashfree, PayU, UPI, and wallets — wired to your checkout with retries, reconciliations, and refund handling built in.

  • Multiple gateways & fallbacks
  • Auto-reconciliation
  • Refund & dispute flows

Shipping & Fulfilment Sync

Live rates, label printing, and tracking pushed straight to carriers like Shiprocket, Delhivery, and BlueDart the moment an order lands.

  • Live rate cards at checkout
  • Auto label generation
  • Tracking status webhooks

ERP & Inventory Sync

Stock levels, pricing, and purchase orders stay identical across your store and back office — no overselling, no manual updates.

  • Real-time stock in/out
  • Price & catalogue sync
  • Purchase-order triggering

Marketplace & Channel Sync

Publish and manage listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and marketplaces from one place, with orders and inventory mirrored automatically.

  • Multi-channel listing
  • Order pulling & dedupe
  • Channel-wise mapping

Webhooks & Real-time Events

Order placed, payment settled, stock low — we push clean events to your systems the instant they happen, so nothing waits on a nightly job.

  • Event-driven architecture
  • Retry & dead-letter queues
  • Deliverability monitoring

Custom REST & GraphQL APIs

Need an endpoint no vendor provides? We design, build, and document custom APIs that fit your product, not the other way around.

  • OpenAPI 3 specs
  • Auth & rate limiting
  • Versioning & docs
How integrations actually ship

From workflow map to a dashboard that stays green

No black boxes, no "trust us" — you see the data model before a single line is written.

1

Map your workflows

Week 1

We trace how an order, a return, or a stock update travels today and agree where manual work and errors live.

2

Design the data model

Week 1-2

Field by field, we define what each system sends and expects, so SKUs, prices, and statuses mean the same thing everywhere.

3

Build & secure

Week 2-3

Connectors are written with retries, idempotency, and token-based auth from day one — not bolted on later.

4

Test with real data

Week 3

We replay actual orders and inventory histories in a sandbox until both sides agree, edge cases included.

5

Monitor & maintain

Ongoing

Dashboards watch every sync, alert on failures, and we keep the connectors current as vendors ship changes.

Built to survive real traffic

Integrations that break are worse than none

A connector that silently fails is a support ticket factory. Every pipe we build is designed around the four ways syncs go wrong.

01

Idempotent by default

Retries never double-create orders or payments. The same event applying twice is harmless.

02

Failures are noisy

Stuck synced items surface in your dashboard and on Slack/email — never buried in a vendor log.

03

Backward compatible

Field changes from vendors are detected early and mapped before they break your flows.

04

Observable end to end

Every event is logged with payloads and timings, so a question is answered in minutes, not days.

What you get

Handovers your team can run without us

Every deliverable exists so the connection keeps working after our sprint ends.

Integration architecture doc

A diagram plus field-level spec of what talks to what, and what happens when anything fails.

Working connectors

Deployed, secured, and running against live vendor APIs — not demo code in slides.

Webhook / API reference

Every event and endpoint documented, with sample payloads your team can code against.

Sync & error dashboard

A simple view of sync health, failure reasons, and retry status across every connector.

Testing & replay logs

Proof the integration survived real order data before we hand it over.

Runbook & support period

On-call support and a runbook so your team knows exactly what to do if a vendor changes something.

Client results

Stores that stopped syncing by hand

"We were syncing orders to our ERP twice a day. Now it is instant and silent — the reconciliation spreadsheet is gone."

FAQs

Straight answers on integration work

Scope, security, timelines, and what happens after launch. Ask us anything else on WhatsApp.

Which platforms and gateways do you integrate with?

Any storefront with an API — Shopify, Magento, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, custom builds — and major payment providers like Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, Cashfree, and PayU, plus UPI and wallets.

Is our data safe during integration?

Yes. We use token-based credentials, encrypted connections, and never hardcode secrets. Access is scoped to exactly what a connector needs, and keys are rotated during handoff.

How long does a typical integration take?

Most single connectors ship in 1-2 weeks, and a full payment-plus-shipping-plus-ERP setup in 3-5 weeks. Timelines depend on how well the vendor APIs are documented.

What happens if a vendor changes its API?

We include a support period during which we track vendor changelogs and patch connectors before they break. After that, maintenance plans keep them current.

Can you connect a system that has no public API?

Often yes — we can work with SFTP, CSV endpoints, or database access where an API is missing, or build a small shim to expose the data cleanly.

Do we need dedicated servers for this?

No. Our integrations run on your existing hosting or a small serverless function, whichever your stack uses. We match the infrastructure you already have.
